Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

And drop some spacers and get a little bit more powerful/use some more muscle groups. If you're that far behind the saddle your hamstrings must scream after a ride of any length.

That sure is loud, but it's a pretty kind of loud.

yes, I agree. As you can tell from the pic, it was a very sunny day and that seems to emphasize the details of the bike. In person, it is loud, just not as bad as the pic dictates.

It's the picture that makes it funny, the wheel is turned a little to the left. However, I will move somethings around and see how that works out on my nest ride. I really like the seat back further as it keeps the weight off of my wrists, I am short legs, long torso.

Screwing with your saddle setback and hip angle shouldn't be the solution to that problem, as it usually leads to more problems. I'd consider going to a pro fitter rather than just screwing with it because I told you to. Like I said, hard to know exactly what to do based on a pic with some weird angles.

The bike. I'm 56, going on 57.

The pump is a vintage Silca "Impero."
