Need help with ID of a Ti frame

Any idea what this softail frame is? It has been debadged, but is in great condition. I have researched everywhere and it is most similar to a Dean Duke and Litespeed Unicoi. It has great welds, disc tab, and bent/angled Top tube, and no stamping a or serial number anywhere. It is from colorado, so it could be from a small framebuilder. Stratos shock seems original. It looks like it was oem spec'd with XT. I bought it but would like to know more about it. Any ideas?

It's neither a Dean or a Litespeed.

I know I've seen one before possibly browsing ebay, don't remember what it was?
