How Can I Contact the Peninsula Velo Cycling Club?
Since they're the closest to where I live, I wanna try to see if I can join. Only thing is I'm a Junior, and I'm not sure if they'll accept me. However, I'm encouraged since i've seen Junior Riders on a few race results who belonged to PenVelo.
Anyway I can contact them?

Here's their website. The "club info" page has membership applications. Also, the "rides" page says their weekend rides are open to anyone. You could tag along and ask questions, I'm sure.

I would just show up to one of their club rides. They are open to anyone.

Show up at the rides. They're open and they'll help you get comfortable riding fast in a group.
There may not be anyone there that can help you with your specific questions as there isn't a
lot of chit-chat unless they're either starting slow or you show up early as people are gathering.
Best way is to contact the membership director (info@penvelo.org), fill out the forms, and show
up at the next club meeting.
