I can't WAIT to see this!
One of the most exciting things that I learned was currently in development at Ananda was a hub motor with its own internal 3-speed gearing, essentially combining an internally geared hub with an electric motor to provide the best of both worlds (and remove the need for front or mid-motorOne of the most exciting things th at I learned was currently in development at Ananda was a hub motor with its own internal 3-speed gearing, essentially combining an internally geared hub with an electric motor to provide the best of both worlds (and remove the need for front or mid-motors when using a rear geared hub).s when using a rear geared hub).
The Tromox motorcycles look like a barrel o' monkeys!

Interesting to see the manufacturing process of a large ebike motor factory in China.

Visiting Ananda in China to see how E-bike drive systems are made

Article of Ride1Up factory, I really like their ebikes, I bought mine used and ride them frequently for my commute in NYC.

I agree and am impressed with their "moto" style. Their gravel bike looks good too. I would just change the bar arrangement to the flat variety which I did to a Salsa La Cruz. I don't think many individuals realize that the "e" industry is becoming very "machine intensive" and the Chinese are up there in technology. My recent DIY 1000w kit is superb; fast, powerful and quiet.
