Non DS picture but looks to be a Motobecane Jubilee with Huret jubilee derailleurs (and the rear looks to be a long cage). Mismatched wheels, poorly maintained, and ugly pedals. Not a screaming deal at $300 in Minneapolis but worth taking a look at for the right person.

Shoot, I just paid twice that for the same year/model that's requiring a metric blank-ton of cleanup. For some reason, the title to the above ad has been changed to '30" 18 speed mountain bike'; no price change. The frame geo, u-brake and braze-ons match mine, so it may actually be what it was previously title as. Obviously a re-spray; let's hope they knew what they were doing, painting over a full-chrome frame.
And that yellow and green is a factory paint job, but with the decals removed. Here's how it looks in with them on:
