That's not a picture of my fender. It's from the Harris site. The mounting hardware you see on the light mount is included. You can buy them directly from MAP for $30 shipped (sales tax applies in CA).

I imagine that mount would lead to a fair bit of flopping on a lightweight fender, no)

That's awesome! I love getting stuff from Bellows Falls...Frank is the man.

How about some better pics of that cool frame. What are the build plans?

Build plans are basically this: https://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...cture-heavy%29

Frank & I agreed that in order to save some cost to me that I'd do some finish sanding around the repair area. The (weight weenie Weyless) pedals have been overhauled but the cages still need some tlc. Need some new rubber, too. Otherwise, everything else is ready & waiting in a plastic storage container to be put back together.

^Lovely frame, Lynn! Love the seat tube decals and stripes. Bet that's going to be a joy to ride. Chrome looks to be in excellent condition. Original paint?

Scored a smallish pannier, the type that came stock with Nishiki Safaris in the early 1970's, for all of $4 at the local thrift store. Now my commute will be that much less anachronistic.

Here's an example of the same bag on a different bike (found online). I've only got the right side bag, but it's better than nothing.

These arrived today and I am quite pleased: https://www.velomine.com/index.php?ma...oducts_id=2867

They will fit perfectly with my blue collar/skills enhancing Cannondale build.

Not if the fender is secured to a front rack. If you don't have a front rack then you don't need this mount as you can mount your light at the fork crown since there's no front bag blocking the beam.

Well, I still have some more work to do sanding out the repaired area, so no final "after" pics yet. There is A PIC in the link I copied above showing the crack, and a bunch of photos (courtesy of Frank) of the repair process HERE if you are curious.

No pics.
1 Cinelli Frog stem for winter project 2
1 brown brake housing set for winter project 1
1 Brooks honey bar wrap for winter project 1 (Nordstrom's, still half price)

Expecting:
1 stem for winter project 1
1 saddle for winter project 2
1 seatpost clamp for winter project 2

First, I finish a winter project for a friend. After that, I'll start on mine.
