Here's a link to pictures of the bike set up. I'm still dialing in the saddle height, but it's really fine now. The funny thing is I do my typical 17 mile route on this thing the same speed I do on my more modern lighter bike. The killer is there's a hill the last 1.5 miles of the ride that's a mile long. The last half mile is 7-11 % grade. With the 54x46 up front and 14x22 in the rear I'm standing and driving that last half mile. I'm living with the gearing as this isn't a daily driver and it's so original I don't want to change anything. Surprisingly the plastic bar tape is actually very comfortable. The reach to the brake levers is a stretch, but I adjust and the UnicaNitor seat is actually pretty comfy.
All in all I'm really pretty happy.

That’s a beautiful bike. Was looking for something a little older when the ‘73 sort of fell into my lap.
Those older Bianchi’s are scarce here in the states, especially in that condition.
