25.4 clamp diameter drop bars for a mountain bike?

I'm trying to find a set of wide drop bars for a single speed mountain bike conversion. I'd like to have a wider bar with some flare that will fit one of the 25.4 clamp riser stems I have.

The closest thing I've found are the 45 cm Nitto #115, which are wider but with out much flair. They also cost about as much as I want to spend.

Any suggestions? Thanks, Woody

Are you sure it's not 25.4mm as that is just a fancy way of saying an inch!

Seems like I'm 10-20 years late on this one.

I actually have or had a set of those. I'm pretty sure I trashed them because they came bent from a crash. The attached Dynamic Il stem was also bent. That got binned.

The 115 came on most all of the Ironman.

I've got narrower Nitto "Olympiad"s and some where in a crate are a set of Taiwanese non ergo bars from 90's Trek that are pretty wide. I sold a Lemond Tourlemet , I think from the same era, that had pretty wide bars.

Those would probably suffice for proof of concept, but I would prefer to have new bars, particularly on a single speed.

Like the Nitto Randonneur?

https://www.ebay.com/itm/185657312380

Nitto makes two of these 'Randonneur' bars: B132 and B135. They differ slightly in drop and reach.

I think those will be too narrow at the hoods. I've ridden with the original narrow GB rando bars on a mid trail road bike and they were comfortable in the drops and with a "basket ball" grip on the hoods. The modern Nitto bars are a bit wider, but I'm thinking I'd want wider on a high trail 26" bike that might want to go off road a bit.

I checked the Alt bars on my present single speed mountain bike. I really need to move the brake levers and add longer grips, because I want to rest my palms on the brake mounting bands which are 44.5 cm C to C apart. So that brings me back to the Nitto 115's.

But.... I kept looking and I found that Blue Lug has sold 46 cm "Fairweather Nitto Mod. 174 compact drop handlebar"s. Their out of stock of course, but I'm going to keep an eye out for these coming back.

https://www.santucci-cycles.com/prod...v=3a52f3c22ed6

"Fairweather original drop handlebar made by Nitto. This road drop handlebar offers the same shape as Nitto's Mod. 177 “Noodle”, but has a compact 75mm reach and a 125mm drop to allow for greater comfort anywhere on the handle. It also takes a 25,4 stem clamp making it compatible with many more stems.
Great for road bike, cyclocross, and even MTB.

Color: Silver (Black available on demand)
Width: middle-middle measured at the hooks (bends), as pictured
Reach:75mm
Drop:125mm
Stem area size:25.4mm
Grip area size:23.8mm"

45cm 115s are a rare bird... sometimes you have to take matters into your own hands.
B135s are great bars as well but the width is measured at the drops. My 44cm 135s are about as wide as my 40cm 115s at the hoods.
