Derust, sand, shine, polish and seal. Make a stand, base or display and admire.

You could even put a BB in the shell after polishing it too.

I'm looking forward to you taking my framebuiilding class! I've been teaching them for 46 years. You can do as much or as little as you want to turn those lugs and shell into a real frame. What you don't want to do I can pick up the slack. Most of my students do most of the work in 3 weeks. Looking through many pictures of student frames, here is a picture of one that did their's with a lug style similar to yours. They chose to paint to help me paint it after class. I've got some old stock SL tubing that can be combined with Campy 1010B dropouts. We will make the frame just fit you.

A student made frame. They helped with the painting too.

Now I want to take Doug's class.

Hey Doug, what's that eyelet just above the NDS track end for?

I want you to take my class too! The student built this frame as a commuting fixie so the boss acts like a dropout eyelet to attach the leg of a rear rack.

Ah, thought it may have been a velodrome only job. Were there eyelets on the 'inside' of the seat stays or were they just going to use p-clamps?

Or maybe he would use the kind of 3 point rack that attached to the brake binder bolt. The picture doesn't show it but he put on a conventional brake bridge that a rear brake can be nicely installed. He made the frame for road riding. I don't remember now what his plans were for attaching the top of the rear rack.

Also, I know the one truth about vintage bikes is that nothing fits what痴 been printed. But the heart shape and the six slot cut outs don稚 fit with the guide.

Doug. Your students are doing beautiful work. If only you were closer.

As a current student I can attest to everything Doug wrote.
