do not think the reflectors on those mudguard epaulets are CPSC compliant

The CPSC seeks to promote the safety of consumer products by addressing “unreasonable risks” of injury.

I mean, if that saddle has not been properly fastened down, who knows what could happen?

imagine the sizing -

they had to find a bar of just the right width so it would go over the man's waist yet would be too narrow to fall down over his hips

outfit could be a source for beginning a new thread on saddle position adjustment...
