As a coincidental aside ... over in the vintage bowel health forum, they have threads titled "What have you been retching lately?" and "What came in the stool for you today?"

Small world.

I am shocked!

Why would anyone host pictures using photobucket?

Not C&V specific, but my favorite best/worst BF thread is still "We're going to yell at you". I can imagine Eddy Merckx starting such a thread back in 1967 or so for the January-February classics training ride laggards who didn't stay in shape over the winter break.

There is one already: https://www.bikeforums.net/classic-v...ur-premis.html

It certainly made me do a double-take at the time.

My biases aside, I've always considered 'For the love of English 3 Speeds' the best thread title. It's a primary reason it's been visited over 4 million times.
Thanks, Sixty Fiver.

While that's certainly the best thread ever, for a title, I always get a laugh whenever I see Oh c'mon... Show me your Motobecane!

I had forgotten all about this thread and my leading role in such nonsense. @puchfinnland is an interesting fellow. Too bad he dropped off BF. Great to see posts from @rootboy @Drillium Dude and @RobbieTunes. Memory lane.

thank you pastorbobnlnh It was a difficult time in my life and I thank all C&V people who were there for me,
I was suffering for a grave depression, divorce, Unemployment, and about to loose my kids, and moving away from my home of 16 years.
I still have my thinned fleet of vintage bicycles, I will be selling off a frame set or 2 that is not needed, but It has been awhile since I been on the PUCH,
I am now re-married and live in Deale Maryland , I have been employed with the same company for almost 9 years and can say I am financially doing OK.
I ran into photogravity about a year ago and it was really wonderful to meet up with my old friend again. I never forget you guys, and Nelli is now 18!
We went for a ride last summer on my Puchs, Im not dead yet, and I sure could need some exercise to loose about 20 US pounds!

Threads that give me a chuckle are ones looking for a bike age. "Help me date a Bob Jackson" or "Help me date Gary Fisher" or something like that. Even better is "Help me date a Barracuda" or "Help me date this Giant".
