Help ID this bike (apologize for craptastic pics)
This came to a local Co-op and they sent pics to me.
I’d head down there myself, but after being on a boat with 230+ people, I took 3 days to make sure I’m COVID free.
so, bad photos or not, here is that I see:
1, oddly no braze-ons for shifters, yet braze-ons for cable stops. Makes me think custom and the buyer knew he wanted bar end shifters.
Yes, I asked for the size on the other side. That could clue us on the tubing
I also asked for the year
Pre 1977

certainly appears an immigrant from the land o' the franks
seat binder lug and hydration provision appear additions
be not surprised to discover the pentagonal no-slide pibb yet in place
reminiscent of the sc from the roma lass
suspect she is celebrating her golden jubilee

I had to read that several times before I figured it out.

And this time there weren't even any roman numerals. You'll get better at it over time.

juvela’s assessment is what I see as well. And I enjoy deciphering his enigmatic nomenclature almost as much as I appreciate his knowledge of velocipedes Gallic and otherwise!

I get the middle Europe part from my wine studies,
Googled Roma Lass. Looks like fun gypsy pirate costumed.
I give up.
OK, whatcha got?

Super Corsa model was full Campy, including dropouts. FD is one of the earlier versions; note the smooth elbow.

"suspect she is celebrating her golden jubilee"
by which he means this is a 1973, which seems about right to me.
Too bad the repaint was such a boring green (IMO) since a more "Gitane-correct" lime green metallic (like the Kandy Kolor effects they used to spray) would really have made this one sing (like a Gypsy woman?)

1, Nice Lautrec
2, Armed with knowledge from this site, I went down to take proper pics and post on CL. I was going to ask $400.
3, I need not bother, because someone came in and offered $750!!!! $750 US dollars for the parts. They didn't know or care about the frame. In fact, they aren't even going to use the frame. That is nuts. I mean, great for the non-profit, but boy-howdy…..thats a lot of coin for a group-set. And the wheels don't even match. The front hub is large flange. The rear…small. Silliness all the way around.
