700x23c vs 700x25c?
Thought I'd ask this in here... is it possible that a 25c tire will be less stable / more bouncy on a descent than a 23c?

What he said. I have 23c on one bike and an effective 25c on the other. No lack of confidence on either. In fact, I've committed to go 25c on all bikes in the future.

A lot of it depends on the road condition.
Try descending Mt Evans and you will think 32's are too narrow.

Use whatever you want, it won't make a big difference. If you're larger, say 170+lbs, I'd go with the 25's. If you have craptacular roads, use the 25's. Every situation and person is different.
