Does the aero shifter index shift the rear?
The other question I would have is why does the rear rim look so much more worn than the front.
He didn't take pics of the top tube, which looks a little beaten up.

I am pretty sure that he is in Renton, I think he works out Bellevue.
That bike is a 58cm ctc, I don't know why he has listed it at 56.

I can answer some, no index on the shifter, I the 600 is an update. The wheels, ah I don't have an answer on that, those may not be original to the Lotus, some people like to drag the rear brake. The toptube, that's not bad if I recall, I think there may be a chip or two but no dents.
I am pretty sure that he is in Renton, I think he works out Bellevue.

That pink Lotus has been on my mind but the logistic is keeping me from pursuing it besides that fact that i can't walking around the house without tripping on a bike or bicycle part 
. I also realized that the bay area and PNW are rich with vintage bikes and i have a nice connection there if i need help. So, for now just looking for smoking deals and confine the search areas to the left coast. I should deactivate my BF account or have the URL block is the sensible thing to do.
