Certainly an interesting bike with chromed lugs and wishbone style sear stays. Have not heard of this brand but it could be from the mid to late 80's, considering the seat stay arrangement and what might be vertical rear dropputs. Wish we could see more but the black finish makes it a bit hard to see more details on the frameset.
