For me, it's only about attribution. Who took that photo? Where did you find it?

Vulgarity

As a community with a diverse variety of members and readers, we ask that our members to post without using vulgarity. Vulgarity not only includes vulgar language and pictures but also sexist, racist, anti-religious, images of graphic violence, political statements and homophobic language which may offend other members. In addition, the "masking" of vulgarity by inserting * or another keystroke in place of one or more letters in a vulgar term is unacceptable in most cases. It will also be impermissible to anagramize a word to bypass the filters. This applies to all content submitted by users including posts, PMs, avatars and signatures.
Yes, I read the rules long ago. You need to change it to "graphic photos" instead of graphic "violence". Maybe it"s just me, but I don't consider a bike wreck an act of "violence".

Recently Re-dicovered

Some years ago, I read online (at BikeRaceInfo), an interview of Felice Gimondi done by Valeria Paoletti. The author is a geophysicist at University of Naples and I was able to contact her there for Gimondi's contact information. She was very nice and emailed me back his contact info at his (I believe) insurance company. As a Bianchi fan, I asked for a photo. He mailed back from Milan (postage looks like 1.8 Euros) 4 signed photos. I'm showing the front and back of each. It might seem juvenile, but the man is a legend!
