Indoor bike

Hello,

When the going gets hard and Im forced to be inside, you think indoor bike is a good idea? At least to train your stamina? Long and cold winter months probably kills a little of it?

Well Im looking to buy something cheap and simple.

What do you think about this one?

At least from the picture It says that it is drivable and that speed/distance meter works.

Hope I didn't misss the topic

Drive long and fast!

Better you just get a resistance stand that attaches to your bike. For example: https://www.tacxflow.com/en_flow.html

There are many brands. Usually easy to find a cheap used one.

+1 on riding your regular bicycle indoors (on a trainer similar to the above) rather than "riding" some strange contraption.

Those are really for non cyclists, the fit is horrid..

You may like real involvement, of Roller riding, three rollers front 2 are connected by a belt..
the bike is not attached.. so you have to keep from riding off the side of the rollers.

but if you want to read a book or magazine while riding, in place, a trainer stand is good.
