1974 Schwinn Letour

Looking for location of designation of frame height on bike. I am original owner, purchased in spring of 1974. Frame S# indicates a December 1973 build.

If I understand your question, you're wanting to know Schwinn's frame size of the bike? If so, measure from the center of the crank bolt (aka center of bottom bracket), along the seat tube, to the very top of the seat tube, aka c-t (center to top). Frame size was expressed in inches. Le Tour models were available in two-inch increments. 19", 21", 23", 25", etc.
