my need for a tall fitted med has yet to be found in colors I'd accept for wearing on my body. Been even searching for tall fitted large in colors of choice, no dice. I hate advertising for a company that isn't paying me for wearing there logo. I'd like to design my own long torso fitted jersey. Anything like that available?

He didnt know what Rapha is and bought it for the design. Works for him so cool, I guess. The guy rides probably 6000mi a year so not some newb.

I dont understand the appeal of cheap clothing, but I also dont understand the appeal of expensive clothing. I firmly reside in the wide middle ground.
More expensive clothing definitely seems to last, at least everything Ive ever purchased.
I would rather have 2 quality bibs and 4 quality jerseys than have 4 mediocre bibs and 8 cheap jerseys.
Some people live on a budget. Sure good quality may cost more and last longer, but for some it’s too much of a stretch. But then some people are just cost conscious.

Until reading your post, I had never heard of this brand. Wow. Their top-end "Ultimate" bibs for only $80 look like a great way to go!

It's strange to me how many bibs come with white straps. I always hand-wash my bibs but the white top quickly goes grey and dingy-looking from the black dye washed out of the bottoms. Another reason to like the Ultimate model which is black on black (nothing to stain). Next time I need new bibs, this is where I'll go first.

Try cargo shorts with a T-shirt. Works fine around town and on shorter rides. For the longer rides, I prefer bike shorts with chamois and bike jerseys with back pockets, but they are not essential. A ten mile ride with shorts and T-shirt works fine for me and does not cost me any extra money.

jerseys don't have to be bicycle, motorcycle clothing is cool, nobody wears Yamaha and Kawasaki jerseys but me, they hold up because they be for badazz motocross riders, and they make you ride faster because motorcycles have more power.

long sleeve motorcycle shirt perfect for winter cycle cross,

even LeMond likes it, see that way he is laughing at me because he is jealous.

that is a Hallman shirt, big bucks now if you can find them.

look at this cool jersey, looks better than the Ineos Grernadier shirts ,

who wants to pay money to be a riding advertisement for a cancer causing chemical company like Ineos? that's cornball, man,

besides, everybody has one, you need something unique that sets you apart as an original out of the box thinker like this>
and only $31.50 plus 4 shipping.

I have been very pleased with bpbtti jerseys, they run longer which is great for skinny people with longer torsos. My previous go-to was the Nashbar Tall-Medium.

I have a number of +/- $20 jerseys from Amazon. I also have several premium jerseys. Most rides I use the $20 jerseys. I personally like plain jerseys, ones without all of the visual clutter.

Call your doctor in the event of a ride lasting longer than 4 hours. See what I did there?

Merck has a large presence in my area. Had a large team in an MS 150 fundraising ride every year. For several years Merck had made up Vioxx jerseys to advertise the drug. Then they became collectables when the lawsuits started and the drug was pulled from the market. I would bet the company asked people to stop wearing them.

I'd have on the upper back read, "My rides last longer than 4 hours" & at the bottom back, "giggity"

This Spring I tossed a whole drawer-full of cheapass Amazon cycle clothing. The only cheap clothing I saved was the Nashbar-branded stuff I got years ago, which was a pair of shorts and a top. Cheap for sure, but they seem to keep on going. These days I'm going with shorts and jerseys from Aero Tech, and a smattering of whatever I can get that's reasonably affordable and yet still from a good brand name. I mean, I love Rapha and Search and State, but I'm also not thinking I need clothing to hang around and look cool. Lol, those days were over decades ago.

Primal's "sale" items are worth checking out in my opinion. https://www.primalwear.com/collections/outlet/Mens
I recently bought a few jersey's and like them. Fit seems true to USA sizing.
