I want to fly from London to Pamplona in Spain. I can fly with either Vueling or Air Nostrum. My bike box is 176.5 * 23 * 101.5cm. Their web sites are not clear if I can take a box this big. Vueling say the maximum height needs to be less than 2.7m, while Air Nostrum is unclear on this. With Vueling, does a height of 2.7m mean H + W + L, as my box is 3.01m? I would have traveled by train, but large bikes are no longer allowed on Eurotunnel trains. Any other options will be appreciated.

I would definitely try to call them, sometimes booking sports equipment is only available via phone (for example with Lufthansa)
