Wahoo Kickr 18 Pulley Replacement

Hello All!

I am trying to replace the 8 groove aluminum pulley that is connected to the flywheel shaft and main belt on a 2018 Wahoo Kickr. When contacting Wahoo directly, they will not give me out this information a will only sell me a refurbished model if I send this one in for $299. I already have the pulley off, I just need to get a replacement pulley at this point. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement pulley for this? Or the specific dimensions of this pulley so that I can try to search for a replacement?

Thank you!

Welcome to the forum. Sorry I don't have any technical information about that pulley. It would be quite helpful if you could upload photos, but you can't do it directly because you don't have 10 posts.

What you can do instead is upload photos to an album in your gallery and we can rescue them for you.

Did your pulley have the problem with the woodruff key? The fix for that was a bigger key. What's wrong with your pulley? I don't know that there are enough problems with this pulley that someone has identified a replacement. OTOH, most of those drivetrain parts seem to be standard, so it could be that a replacement part is easily available.

Is there a part number on the belt?
