Water stuck in tubular rim
I can hear it sloshing around in there. Seems to slowly be draining through the base tape so I think it will come out. The tire is well, well glued and as long as it stays that way, I will roll with it.
Any tips on getting it out? It won't come back out through the eyelets. I will turn the wheel a quarter turn every few hours to spread out the seepage and see what happens.

I would think it would evaporate out.
What kind of rim do you have? Fully socketed rim? The only escape hole might be the valve stem.
Personally, I'd probably just pull the tire to get it out.

I found that I could shake some water out of the spoke holes and after sitting overnight a few tablespoons of water has come out. I can still hear a little but am not that worried about it. I will hit each spoke nipple with some wd-40 and in a few day, put of drop of oil on each one as well.

It goes in fast because once you are in a deep puddle, it is driven in by pressure. To getit out fast, you have to reverse the process. Put the wheel in a vacuum. Sorry, I don't have good ideas on how best to achieve that. Strap it on to the outside of a space station?

In that case, you should definitely skip the drop of oil on each one. All that will do is attract dirt. I only clean and add oil to mine when I need to true a wheel.
