Sram etap app won't find components.
Hello all,
i bought a used bike yesterday with 2019 Sram Red Etap 11 speed on it, it all works fine and i downloaded the app onto my phone, set up a profile and tried to get the app to find my components but it's just searching without finding them.
i went through the pairing process which was unnecessary because it's all working, Bluetooth is swithed on on my phone, still couldn't find components.
So, i tried my ipad. Installed the axs app, signed in, turned Bluetooth on, same thing, "Searching for components"
Am i doing something wrong? I press the button on the "master component, rear derraileur" and when it blinks green i start the search.
