Yeah. We were on the verge of despair when Mrs. GeneJockey's Sienna wouldn't pass because ONE TEST kept showing as "Not Ready".

I almost went with 6800 for the Litespeed, which would have required scavenging on Ebay for a while. Good to hear R8000 is better!

Agree. It took me some time to learn about the cable tension screw (make two white lines align) and the top cap that cable runs through is interesting but good once you thread it properly. If you have a braze on don’t forget about that inner plate thingy!

BTW I fixed my inner limit screw on the FD so no more chain drop. But I am askeered one of the drops may have slightly bent one link, as I did have one chain suck episode. I may have to put on my reading glasses and take a closer look at each link and the little chainring teeth to see if one of them is bent a smidge.

Both are 11 speed but the design and setup are different. I think the ramps on chainrings are same/similar but not positive.

One of my club mates has been riding a Ti Seven for many years. She was offered a great price on a gently used Emonda from another club member and is raving about how much better and faster the bike feels. I am suspecting the placebo effect is strong, but I am happy for her, regardless.

I think also that the Madone’s cables are run through the bars and into the head tube; whereas, the Emonda’s are routed under the bars.
