Shipping bikes to Australia from Germany

My wife and I are planning to ride part of the EuroVelo 15 Rhine River bike path in June 2023.
We have arranged to pick up bikes in Zurich and then head up to Oberalppass and start the ride down river.

About 10 days later we have a flight from Frankfurt to Italy to relax by the beach. I don't want to take the bikes with me.

How do I arrange to ship my bikes home to Australia from Germany ?
Where can I purchase some bike boxes for packaging ?
Since our flight is on a Monday morning and we won't be getting to Frankfurt until Saturday, where can I leave our bikes for collection ?

Sorry for all the questions.
PJ

DHL, UPS, GLS, DPD and so on.....

call bike shops if they can dismantle your bikes, put them in one of their old bike boxes, many shops keep their bike boxes once their empty.

easy ...

Quick quote is 300 euros X 2 + prep. If you were flying out of Malpensa, perhaps consider car rental to fetch your bikes in Zurich Frankfurt (most hotels still keep them for free for a reasonable amount of time}.
