Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Lol. Pants are looser, roll is smaller. I've weighed myself every morning for the last week. 239.2 lbs. Every morning.
Man that is frustrating. Today. Same.
Today I also picked up the shampoo. Body wash, and some cleaner and got on the scale. 239.2.......

Most people can get laid most anyplace. The underlying question is, "Do you want to?"

Excess calories will be converted, be it protein, carbs or even fat!

True. Excess protein only gets stored as fat if you're in positive energy balance, though. Otherwise, you burn it in the "carb" phase to get through the day. Also, while muscle is the main store of protein in the body, there's lots of it elsewhere too and it all turns over and needs replenishing.

If they'd had a set of Blizzaks mounted, they would have been fine.

Recent FB post (not mine):

She woke me up this morning saying she’d do all the things my wife won’t for 20 bucks. I laughed then she laughed then we settled on $10

Jeebus Christ! What keeps you coming back for more?

My dad, my brother and I used to go fishing out of Montauk all the time. After a while I got sick and tired of getting sick every single trip and stopped going. But not dad and brother, those fanatics were undeterred.
