C&V Stump Jumper used to complete Tour of Gila Stage 1

Is this any C&V member's Stump Jumper?

Professional rider, Zack Allison, borrowed it when his road bike quit working 4k from the finish line. It allowed him to complete the stage and stay in the race. Pretty cool!
