Any experiences with Marinoni bikes?

I like Marinoni, but I have no experience with their carbon stuff.

I've read that they're imported. How much of it is 'teaming up with a reliable Taiwanese partner to manufacture Marinoni designs' and how much is 'slapping a label on a catalogue bike' I don't know.

The steel bikes were good looking, made in Canada , right?
Haven't seen a carbon one in person
