After a series of mishaps, my road bike is all good to go. A week after I bought this bike, a careless driver backed his truck over it, bending my frame, tacoing my back wheel, snapping the rear axle in half and bending the derailleur. It took me 3 weeks to get it to where it is now, and I am slowly upgrading parts as I come across them. This bike gets ridden in if its not raining, and in the Santa Cruz mountains whenever I have the time.
-Lugged steel frame- no decals, so I have no idea what it is
-Dura-ace shifters(Thanks Iowegian!) and rear derailleur.
-Crappy Shimano front derailleur, to be replaced with a Shimano 600 fd as soon as I can find one.
-Shimano 600 hubs, matrix rims
-Crappy diacompe brakes that will be replaced with modolo master pros as soon as I can borrow a drill for the fork.
-Sakae CR crank- I want to replace it with a more compact crank so I can run a 38t ring.
-Tektro levers
-Flite saddle- will be replaced with a less beat-up flite.
What do you guys think?

WTH are you talking about worthy bikes? Powergrips are for any bikes you want to put them on. All my bikes have Powergrips. From my lowly Centurion to the other 2 above. I've done centuries and major climbings with those Powergrips. Just as good as clipless as far as I'm concerned.

yes and yes. The frame is ok, I haven't really done anything buy light commuting. When I'm sprinting it feels a little stiffer than my Giant road bike. I'm still trying to adjust to the geometry. I feel much higher off the ground.

My 6 year old Surly CC. It's lost a lot of its shine over the years, but it still rolls along quick and comfortable.

Bicycle Repair Man !!!
I have too many bikes so can't remember if I posted this already... this bike has the unique ability to keep it from raining as since I built it (for riding in the rain) it's been really dry.

My new commuter. I've been riding a Cannondale R700 road bike to work for several months. I do 32 miles round trip with some pretty big climbs. This bike should work for me in all seasons and all weather.
'06 Bianchi Axis, all stock except:
Niterider Dual Minewt headlights
Dinotte taillight
Cateye Astrale 8 rear-wired cadence cyclometer
Planet Bike Freddy Fenders
Continental Contact 700 x 28C tires

A Peugeot (canadian made?) US Express
Ditched the derailleur for a Shimano 3 speed hub
Freddy Fenders
The saddle is gone to a Brooks B72
(Unseen -- Novara Transfer panniers and a rack)

Fenders: it was either black or yellow (or Pink, god forbid)... yellow seemed like Hi-Vis
The accidental Packer motif (or ORegon Duck motif) was... accidental
Perhaps I'll do a custom Lombardi logo
I may go to a forward stem with drop bars... I'm just used to drops
