What tires do you run on your Hybrid?

I'm not arguing user error at all. I know I took the turn too fast. IF I switch it will just be a mental thing for me, but I know 100% I just need to slow down on my turns. This crash should be a good learning lesson for me. The ER told me the stitches should come out in 7-10 days and at day 9 they appear to be a few days away from being ready.

Just put Schwalbe Marathon GT Plus 700x45c on my 2015 Trek DS 8.6
These replaced the original LT2 700x38c which were on for 5 years.
Slightly heavier but so much more forgiving on the bumps. Recommended.

Schwalbe Marathons for me. I do a lot of pre-dawn and night rides, and appreciate the reflective sidewalls. They've been extremely durable, have excellent puncture protection, and have been great on different wet and dry surfaces.

Anyone have an opinion on WTB Byways? Considering getting these for my DS3 come spring. 700c x 44. Terrain is mostly Rail-Trails. Mix of paved and crushed limestone.

Bontrager H2 COMP, 700x32c on myTrek FX3 Disc. Tire pressure @ 85 psi.
On pavement all the time. Rides great but might change to Continental's when tires need replacement.

Currently I ride the Continental Gatorskins 700x32, but just can't deal with the harshness of the ride any more, plus they are about done tread wise, so looking at the some Bontrager AW2 or possibly the R3's in 32mm.

I just put Continental Gator Hardshells on mine (32). Pretty much only ride on roads/sidewalks.
So far I like them a lot more than the Pathfinder Pros. Ride seems about the same, but they feel smoother/faster and definitely corner way better. Bike feels more nimble too.
I wanted GP5000’s, but I was persuaded to get the Hardshells instead for better sidewall and puncture protection.

I've got those Continental Speed Ride tires and have completed 2 rides for 20 miles total. My last ride (not counted in those two for 20 miles) I only made it a little less than 4 miles before I wiped out. I took a right turn too fast , hit some soil/debris on the entrance to a parking lot and down I went. I'm not going to say I think the tire was at fault but I don't know if it helped. I haven't decided if I'll switch back to my stock Bontrager H5 tires or not. Maybe just for peace of mind. Those Speed Ride tires have some funky looking tread on them. I also didn't notice a performance improvement when I switched to the Speed Rides, but I had only been on 4 rides for 60 miles with the H5's.
Edit : I ride 95% on pavement and occasionally on packed dirt/stone.

I have been running Marathon Supremes for several years now, and really like them.
However, I am giving serious consideration to Continental Speedrides on my Crosstrail next spring.. I like the fact that they measure 37mm when mounted.

I ordered a set of Schwalbe Marathon GT Tour 700 x 45 to replace my Continental Speed Ride 700 x 42 tires. I know the Marathon GT Tours will be a little over trice as heavy (I think 480g to 1050g) but am ready to endure to increased effort to pedal up hill for the trade off of the comfort.

I got a chance to take my new Schwalbe Marathon GT Tour tires out for my usual 10 mile paved residential road way ride, and I like them much better than the Continental Speed Ride tires I was using. Much more forgiving on the bumps and cracks in the road. I don't use power meters but I would say they take a little more effort than the Conti's because my speed decreased from 11.8 to 11.6 mph avg, and avg heart rate went up from 131 to 135. I know these can change easily from ride to ride but I could feel a little difference in effort. For the gain in comfort I am very happy. I'm not in to speed now but I was dreading getting a heavy tire that would really feel heavier and make me miserable.

Used to run 38 on my hybrid, realized how big of an overkill it is to ride it in NYC, now run 23 front and back, runs through small parts of gravel perfectly fine and is much faster rolling than my old clunky 38
