Part of the offenders punishment should be to commute by bicycle during her probationary period. Might give her a new view.

I try to steer clear of any roadway with over a 30mph limit. Unless there is a bike lane or path parallel. I definitely do not ride the urban areas surrounding NOLA. Narrow roads where everybody owns a dualie pick-up pulling a trailer with 4 to 8 wheels on it. So all my rides are urban these days, the few times it is necessary for me to get somewhere by bike. Just clarification. Cheers.
