My only green bike.. a touring/commuting bike built by I-Bob Rich Powers around the year 2000. In this shot, the bike is on the Chain of Rocks Bridge, on the northeast corner of St. Louis, overlooking the Mississippi river.

1976/77 26” Schwinn Superior

I found 27” cyclocross knobbies on eBay and rode up to the Snoqualmie Pass tunnel with Drillium Dude, 2 years ago.

Here’s my 1976/77 26” Schwinn Superior with an all French (Huret/TA) drivetrain and Weinmann brakes.

My flat gravel path bike!

I have one and hope to have a second at some point in time.

Is this green or blue?

And likely a repeat of a partial green

Future green as in BRG.

Thanks. Yeah, and it might be our last one on the tandem, even though I love the event. As you probably know, the last half of it is sublime: Blasting down off the top deck of the Fremont, down through the Rose Quarter, and across the Broadway. But the first part is utter chaos and tough to do on a tandem. We have discovered just how slow we could go without foot-paddling, though! 😂
