WTB: Sachs groupset (or maybe Suntour, or Mavic, or...) for special 1988 build.

OK, so I don't know what I want. Ideally, perhaps a nice clean Superbe Pro group, but a Sachs New Success group may be its equal for this project. Mavic would be cool. I have a 7402 Shimano group...not against Campagnolo either.

Anyway, I have a quite special frame I'm looking to build up. It was built in 1988 and I am going to stick to the '87-'88 timeline. Significant preference given to a complete build kit that includes a wheelset, headset, seat post, etc. if applicable. We'll see which way this one goes...always looking online for bikes to part out.

I'll leave a preview photo for attention.

Alex, you keep not buying my stuff, but I have a few Sachs, mostly Rival, but some NS too, items that may be of interest.
6s DT indexed drivetrain.
8s Ergo shifter, too.
I'll leave a teaser here

This set has now been mounted on a bike, but light use.

And this 8s Ergo set with brakes and crank.

Willing to mix and match. I have a NS crank, but the logos are mostly worn off. And I think a NS hub or hubset? Can't put my brain on where it might be right now, though.

That's a solidly nice set.

Ex Pres I just don't know what I want! Or...I know it when I see it? Anyway, I do think the New Success Aris may be the way to go. I'm patient and so need to look for a full groupset. But I reserve the right to change my mind! Superbe Pro certainly is easier to find.

If you want to go Italian, I still have the C Record group on this one. I’ve been lazy about selling my stuff.
