Incidentally, here's a K3 from a local group converted to ISO305. Tire size tops out at 1.50".

What is the biggest ISO305 tire that fits the K3+?

So, I'll answer my own question. As I suspected earlier, the K3 with ISO254 wheels and K3+ with ISO305 wheels are built on the same frame and fork. This means the K3+ is limited in tire size. What is the biggest ISO305 tire that fits in a K3+? 1.50" or 40mm.

This is confirmed by a K3+ owner selling his bike on the Dahon Indonesia FB group. His final comment and confirmation, "This is the the stock tire that comes on the bike. It's already maxed out at the fork."

Hmm. K3, cantilever posts, no disc brake mounts, narrow hubs
K3+, disc brake mounts, no cantilever posts, wide hubs
