Increasing leg assist
My bike tops at around 30 mph, after which I can barely provide assistance by pedaling, unless I pedal really fast. I'm thinking of upgrading either the freewheel or chainring. Some folks upgraded to 56 tooth ring and have indicated there's some improvement. I'm thinking of going bigger to 58t or cheaper method of swapping freewheel. Now it is on Shimano mf-tz500 7-speed 14-34t. Is 11-34 freewheel more efficient than 58t chainring?

you need a cassette that has a 11t for the smallest cog. going to a bigger chainring means the peddling will suck for most of your riding. you wont be able to put much effort into it if your climbing hills and such.

Can't find any 7-speed 11t Shimano, only one that has 11-34 range is some drift maniac brand. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07XY...TIEGR4V3&psc=1

Shimano stopped producing freewheels with less than 14t some time ago. However, since your bike undoubtedly has a rear hub motor, the freewheel isn't stressed as much as with a mid or front hub. Consequently you can employ a lesser brand. I have the freewheel referenced above and it seems well made.
