Nice looking rides. Just seems they should be up separately on CL, not in a lot on ebay.

bridgestone rb-1 - $300 (torrance)
https://losangeles.craigslist.org/wst...479586745.html
up for sale is my bridgestone rb-1. i dont want to sell it, but ive got to make room and move it on. it is a 61cm frame with suntour gpx groupset. the bike is in excellent tune and was my daily rider up until now. the frame is straight and true and the bearings were recently re-greased with park water proof grease. im asking only $300 for this cult collectable. local pickup in torrance.

^^odd to list 6 bikes at once, especially at $1500 ($250 per bike) as a starting bid. I can't think of any demographic this would appeal to--collectors won't be willing to pay that much for mid-level, mid-80s japanesesters; and the everyday dude just looking for an inexpensive used bike doesn't want to have to load his pickup with 5 other bikes. Odd...and, yeah, sad.

yeah. 912, 710. But at $250 a bike with reserve not met, methinks that this seller will bomb on ebay listing fees.
And the other thing is that if you list a ton on bikes like this, you limit your buyers to the ones who have a vehicle big enough to carry them all. Renting a Uhaul is an option, but one got to factor that into the cost...

i vote with the divorce sale theory...maybe.....almost looks like a listing made in the spirit of "OK, see I listed them for sale and they didn't sell....so I guess I'll keep them." Could be legit, though...just someone who may not understand the nuances of Ebay marketing (ie, logistics) or just had the bikes long enough to have paid so little for them that it doesn't matter. Heck, if I don't keep my wife happy, you might see the same kind of listing coming from Knoxville, TN....lol....but these would be more in the 54-57cm range...

Shimano 600 components
I forget the frame size, but I'm 5'6" and it was perfect for me. Email and I can answer any questions.
I've seen the same bike advertised for $450 and $550. I've been the only owner, I used it years ago and have had it garaged since. Just cleaning out the garage. It needs to be tuned up.

The original 1980 Colnago Mexico road frame 60 CM (57.5 x 57.5 c-c), hand-crimped top and down tubes, beautiful lug work, pearl white w/black and yellow decals, chrome fork, extremely rare. In excellent condition, shows very little wear. Bike was bought in Italy, not an import frame. Sold with or without Shimano Dura-ace components. ($1650 w/components)

$250 1986 CLUB FUJI 57CM/SUNTOUR CYCLONE/SUNTOUR SPRINT BRAKES.
$200 1985 MIYATA SEVEN TEN 57CM/SUNTOUR CYCLONE
$150 1985 UNIVEGA GRAN SPRINT 62CM/SUNTOUR CYCLONE
These have yet to appear:
1983 TEAM FUJI 61CM /SUNTOUR ARX/SUNTOUR SPRINT BRAKES
1986 RALEIGH COMPETITION 60CM/SHIMANO 600
1986 MIYATA NINE TWELVE 57CM/SHIMANO 600
All appear to be very clean with low mileage. If local and the right size, probably would be make decent riders. Of course, inadequate for the exacting elitist looking for yet another garage queen to impress his snob acquaintances.

1988 Shogun Road Bike - One of a Kind Show Bike - $395 (Foxboro)
Date: 2009-11-26, 9:29PM EST
Reply to: sale-rq7ed-1483439603@craigslist.org [Errors when replying to ads?]
This bike was a one-off built by Shogun to use on the show circuit in 1988. Apparently there was not enough demand from dealers to warrant putting the bike into production, so this is the only one ever made. A friend of mine who worked for Shogun's North American distributor at the time snagged it for himself. It's been in his garage for the last 20 years until I convinced him to sell it to me yesterday. I bought it for the full Dura Ace groupset as the frame is too small for me. This ad is for only the frame and fork only. If you are interested in the Nitto stem and handlebars or the Dura Ace headset we can discuss those pieces too. Everything else is going on a Schwinn Paramount 50th anniversary frame I picked up for myself.
Here are the specs:
54cm (c-c) seattube and toptube.
Tange Premier Tubing with ornate lugs.
Nice details like the chrome fork crown, the 'S' at the top of the rear seatstays, and the whole rear triangle is chromed underneath the blue paint.
Forged Shimano dropouts (horizontal rear)
The bike is in nearly perfect condition. My friend estimated he put less than 100 total miles on it. Judging by the chainring, crankarms, handlebar tape and saddle I have no reason to doubt him. There are a few chips in the paint from being stored/moved around for the last 21 years.
