Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Had mine for two or three years now, couldn't be happier.

It's just a hint. She must really want you to find a cool frame and start building a bike.

I was looking at the Park work stands when this went on sale at Nashbar so I left the catalog open with it circled. She takes hints pretty well.

heading to the Lexus dealership tomorrow to pick up a catalouge and circle that new IS. I'll do it with a large marker.

let's see if it works.

I'm curious what your current impressions are of this stand?

I wouldn't mind an update after it sees much more use as well.

Been considering a work stand, and this one looks pretty great, especially when it's on sale! Congrats!

Day one update, put the bike on using the front skewers and adjusted my RD. I have new cables and after a few weeks of stretching, a few turns of the barrel adjuster and all is good. The stand is very sturdy and stable. I thought it might be a bit wobbly because the BB sits on a cradle. There is an a nylon strap that can be used to hold the BB area to the stand but it is sturdy without it. I like being able to spin the bike 360 degrees. I don't see any weaknesses so far.

It's no Bontrager Node (still can't let this go from a previous thread).

Loved mine when I had it, had to switch to another stand since my di2 battery got in the way on the new bike.
