Recognize this brand on handlebar plugs?

I bought some handlebar plugs from eBay, mostly because the lot included some Hunt-Wilde plugs (which I like). Among the collection was this pair:



Any idea of the brand? The horse kinda reminds me of Peugeot (but isn't their animal a lion?) Just curious. Unless someone absolutely has to have them for a correct restoration, they will likely land in the Box o' Crap.

Maybe it’s the Ferrari horse’s obscure rightward facing brother who could never quite make it in sports cars so he turned instead to pedal bikes?

No Porsche, Ferrari, Staiger, since those all look RTL, so...how about Iron Horse (what I here on the other side of the pond have never heard of?) Anybody out there?
