Hydration and sodium

I usually sweat just at the word "effort", so when I am riding I sweat quite a bit more than other
people. Or so it would seem. While I understand the need to stay hydrated, do I also
need to somehow keep my sodium in check as well? Is there some kind of equation of mg of sodium to liters of H2O?
Thanks
Keith

575 mg/L (though that is more to encourage drinking more)

Click over to www.hammernutrition.com, click on Free Knowledge and read the applicable publications in their Endurance Library. All you need to know about fueling, hydration, electrolytes, etc. You don't need to use their products, and I've never found their advice to be wrong.
