Brake levers UCI legal setup
Hello, today i've installed my new handlebar. I'm getting crazy to the setup of the levers, can anyone tell me any way to set them correctly at 10°?
Also whats your way to make sure they are both at the same height?

With one of the levers, determine where would be the best location for you. Then secure the lever into place. Cut a wire coat hanger and bend/form it to the handlebar from the center/clamp to the brake hood. Use the formed wire to set the other level in the same exact location on the other side. — Dan

After installing #1 I use a level with a bit of eyeball for #2

I've always simply held a ruler flat against the undersides of the drop straight and measured up (or down; for me it is always down) to the lever end. Quick and easy.

With the bike on the ground, I set one lever where I want it (I start with the top of the hood horizontal with as smooth a transition as possible between bar and hood), then I measure from the ground to the brake lever tip and use this measurement to set the other shifter

A typical method is the bottom extension of the brake levers parallel to the bottom flat part of the drop bar. Run a straight edge off the bars to find that point Then rotate the drop bar in the stem so that lower flat is pointed at the rear brakes. Then ride for a bit and adjust to whatever feels best.
