Concerned about clearance...
Seems a bit close compared to my Kilo with stock crankset. I can squeeze a finger in between on the Kilo. About 1/2 a finger with this frame and crankset. Measurements are at 42ish.

Make sure the drive side crank is tight enough, but id say thats fine. I dont think I have much more clearence on my bike.
+take a look at the chain line once you get a rear wheel on

Im not really sure about that. I dont think mountain bikes really need to have such tight clearence so I'd imagine it wont be that close, but im sure someone else here can answer your question with a little bit more certainty.
I don't really have enough experience with single speed mountain bikes to say.

LoL was just curious, I'm running into some "issues" when I'm climbing/descending hills without trails but I'm assuming it has more to do with the lack of trail.

That's TONS of clearance compared to many bikes I've seen (or own).
