How often does a 68cm Expedition come along. Not very, but I bought M582767 about 3 months ago knowing the seat post and stem were stuck but thinking it would be a long time before I saw another. The stem is out and I am still working on the seat post(hoping Oxalic Acid works).
It's so tempting to just buy this and be done with it.

You're not to far off in my thinking. Long winters make me do stupid things.

Hi, Where was this frameset made. It will say on the steer tube.
I have a 68.5cm Specialized Sequoia; do you know what year it was made?

I was thinking about this the other day. I saw that someone posted a link to a 68cm Sequoia recently. There's not too many of these 68cm Specialized bikes, but I can count at least five of them in the last year for sale.
Here's the most recent

Fwiw, here's the OPS frameset, or what came of it.

Thanks for the reminder that I could have saved the 5 hours cutting out a seatpost and just bought this one. Roger did build this up much nicer than I did mine.
I did have a 68cm Sequoia that I sold a few years ago. It would have been nice to have the pair but it was not being ridden and it ended up as a single speed.
