Looking for Roseville club
I'm looking for rides, a club, anything in Roseville. I looked at a website for a group called "Bike Hikers" that supposedly includes Roseville, but saw no reference to Roseville on the site. Can anybody help me?

Contact them. I'm sure there are a few members that live in your neighborhood. I know they ride out of the Loomis Basin quite a bit.

I've ridden with them a few times when their rides start at Maidu Park and the BelAir grocery store on Sunset in Rocklin. They also have a ride that starts at Trader Vics, but I've never been on that one. Check out their website for their ride schedule and look for a ride that you suits you.

It' less than this yet very doable. I can send you a more detailed itinerary if you like.

The Bike Hikers have 2 rides starting in Rocklin this week. The first ride is a Thursday night (12/20) christmas light ride and the other is Saturday morning. Here is the ride schedule.

The Bike Hikers, also try www.sacwheelmen.org, and caloso reminded me recently of the City Bicycle Works Saturday ride 10am. You have a plethora of options in Roseville.

I have checked all the websites you have given me. No mention of Roseville. Is Rocklin the same as Roseville? I live in Sonoma Co. I'm trying to get the information for a friend in Roseville. I have emailed bike hikers, but haven't received a response. BTW, isn't "bike hikers" kind of a strange name for a road cycling club?

Rocklin and Folsom are the cities next door to Roseville.
Maidu Regional Park is located in Roseville on Rocky Ridge Drive.
Bel Air Shopping Center is located in Rocklin on the NE corner of Stanford Ranch Rd and Sunset Blvd
Vic's Market is located in the Folsom Village Shopping Center on the corner of Oak Parkway and American River Canyon Dr

There's a weekly group ride that departs from Karen's Bakery in Folsom (near the American River Bike Trail). They venture out to all sorts of locations from there.
Yeah, I know it's not Roseville, but it's close.

After the first of the year, there will be weekend training rides that start in the Roseville area and go up towards Auburn.
