GIOS Evolution Pro frame and fork. frame size 58cm. No dents, no crashes, a solid bike. Paint is peeling from chrome in a few areas but a good cleaning and custom build it will still look pretty good.

I see 9 holes visible on 1/4 of the NDS flange, which would be a 72 hole factory drilling job. Plus, the unused holes appear to be about the same diameter as the spoke heads. Still looks like DIY drillium and a failure waiting to happen.

IIRC, Paramounts came like that from the factory in the 70's. Like maybe they were originally drilled for too-heavy gauge spokes, and Schwinn re-drilled them?
