Yes the Raleigh 26 x 1& 3/8th size is the same as 650A. It makes it easy to find tires. As for the tubing, no brand is noted so it may have been made by Maruishi.

Cool bike in a pretty color. The Hellenic stays and chain stay protector are neat features. Too small for me...GLWS.

Gorgeous bike. If I didn’t have two touring bikes already (‘85 720 and 620)….
Do Rene Herse or Grand Bois make tires in 650a (26 x 1-3/8 ISO 590)? I thought those were 650b.
