I know this example is rough (Chain is all rust) but there still are some parts that could be good and the frame is target here, and it's at $10.99
Not sure who built the frames BITD but they were nice frames and I'm betting this one will sell cheap!

By the graphics style this looks to be quite early (1971-ish?) And has the "silk" round tube fork blades, a stylish frame for it's time, reputedly made with what became Tange Champion #1.
I might have been tempted but Fresno is too long and too hot a drive away, so saved from another n+x purchase!
