Help ID CL buy, Centurion Prestige?

Help ID CL buy, Centurion Prestige?
I was hoping someone here may be able to help me ID this bike I bought. The seller thought it was a Centurion Prestige but I have my doubts from what I've read on Sheldonbrown.com. Here are some pics with close up of lugs.
It has Shimano 600EX groupset with the Arabesque pattern. SR seatpost, stem, and handlebars. The front wheel is aftermarket Alex, the rear looks to be original Shimano 600, and the saddle is a mongoose (but at least it's red
).
The only decal left on it was the Champion No.2 Tange CrMo. There were some remains of decals the Downtube looks like it said "BONAITI" and the TT has "ITALY" near the ST, and "PRESTIGE IV" near the HT.
Any light you could shed would be helpful. I plan on using the frame for a FG/SS commuter, but I am curious as to what it used to be.

Well, it's not a Centurion Prestige. The only Prestige models I've ever seen was this 1985, which was amazing for it's time, Tange Prestige tubing and 2x6 DA indexed group. Chromed lugged fork, dropouts, and seat stay caps. This example was a rebuild from the frameset up.....I've seen photos of an 1989 or so model, with white/blue marbled fade, full 600 tricolor.

After a little more research and going with the ITALY decal on the TT. I am starting to lean towards a Japanese made Bianchi. Maybe '81 vintage. The cranks date code is EK which is Nov 1980. The Fork is stamped Tange TF in the dropouts. And the rear Dropouts are Shimano SF. The rear wheel is Shimano with the oil hole clip, 6 speed uniglide, laced to a UKAI 700x25 rim.

Maybe some of the even earlier ones had a different fork crown design more like this one. Can't say for sure, but this is at least not one of the mid-80's Centurions. The lack of DT shifter bosses is enough of a clue for that, though.
