Sekai 2600 series

There is a Sekai 2600 near me for $300. I don't have enough posts to add pics but it matches exactly (even the red color) the one in T-mar,s data base. 1985 2600 series. It is in beautiful shape and looks all original except the saddle.
What do you think?
How is the ride?
Thanks

.
...IIRC, the 2600, like the 2700, was marketed as a touring geometry bike. The one I have here rides about like you'd expect a nice touring frame to ride. Hard to say if that's a good price or a bad price without a better idea of the bicycle's overall condition. IN decent shape, that's a good price. If it's rode hard and put away wet, it's not such a good price.

...so you bought it ? I do not think you will regret it. Sekai imported some top notch bikes, in both their frame contractor, and the components they specified for them.
