Mavic contact info?
Anyone have any contact info for Mavic? I have had two rear Mavic Ksyrium Equipe S wheels crack in 4 1/2 years. The first was replaced under warranty after less than 2 years of use and the replacement cracked in just over 2 years of use.

Mavic don't deal with customers direct. Talk to the place you bought them.

They sell spokes and rims. Ksyrium Equipe spokes should be ~$2 each, SL spokes are $5 each, R-Sys spokes are like $40 each, rims are $100-150

Been to Helen's, Cynergy, Bike Effect, all with no joy.
They will do the rebuild for me, however, for a mere $300...

Ah the simplicity of just buying their rims and Building your own Wheels ..
Too bad they Gave up on their components Manufacturing,
Rebuildable doesn't count when they stop making Parts to do the rebuilding..

I've been wrenching for over 40 years, including a fair amount of wheel building so I'd like to buy the rim and replace it myself, but nooooooo...

I've seen that in my search for a replacement rim, which happens to be the one part he doesn't seem to stock.
I suspect his stuff comes from other wheels where the rim has cracked...
