Universal mod. 77 brakes and levers

Brakes come with original universal pads. One o-ring is missing from the barrel adjuster, and the other is cracking pretty good so could use replacement.

$45 shipped conus

Can you (or anyone else) comment on how well these perform, compared to other single-pivot nutted calipers of the era?

They look to be very similar to mid model Campy brakesets of the era....
So performance should be also similar.

Thanks. I had a chance to search a bit and found this page on classic rendezvous: Universal main
The list at the top doesn't extend as late as "Mod. 77", but there is this:
Universal top models were always considered "Pro-quality. "
Then the contributor section includes sets of "Super 68" and "Super 77".

In any case, cool brakeset and love the clean lines of the slotted levers. GLWS!

Thanks! I really like the aesthetics and the action of the levers. I hate breaking up a set so I feel like they should go with the calipers, otherwise they would be keepers for me!
